All puppies adopted by us come with a health guarantee. Within 12 days of adoption, you must take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian for an examination. If the veterinarian determines that your puppy is clinically ill or has died from an injury sustained or illness likely to have been contracted on or before the date of adoption and shipping, you contact us immediately for a replacement of equal value / full refund of your adoption fee.
